The tannery

Our tannery is in Uşak, one of Türkiye's main centres for garment lambskin. Drums, finishing line and quality control have been under one roof since 1984, and every skin on this site was tanned, dyed and finished by us.

What happens here

Skins arrive salted or pickled and go through soaking, liming, tanning and retanning in our drums. Dyeing is through the skin, so cut edges match the surface. Finishing adds the light top coat that gives garment nappa its sheen and protection. Every skin is measured and graded before it is rolled.

Seeing the leather

The tannery is a production site and we do not hold meetings there. Every colour is in our Istanbul showroom as full skins; book a visit there or a video call, and we will show you the leather in detail.
